Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.

To begin a return, email our team at wornandworthyllc@gmail.com or complete the contact form on our website within 7 days of receipt. Once your request is approved, you'll receive return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If an item arrives incorrect or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take care of it with grace and urgency.

At Worn & Worthy, we're grateful for every order and do our best to ensure your pieces arrive safely and on time. Each item is packaged with care and prayer, ready to be worn with confidence and purpose.

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. During high-volume seasons or new collection launches, processing time may be slightly longer.

Local Delivery is based on the distance your address is located from the store. Delivery will be made to the address listed on your order. Worn & Worthy delivers to the address listed on the order and not responsible for any stolen deliveries or for incorrect addresses given on the order receipt.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.

If you've ordered a preorder item, please note the estimates ship date listed on the product page. Orders containing both a preorder and in-stock item may ship separately.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Worn & Worthy is not responsible for packages delayed or lost by the carrier. If your order seems to be missing, please reach out to us at wornandworthyllc@gmail.com, we'll do all we can to help.
